43 Rezepte um Nierenstein vorzubeugen: Iss smart und schütze dich vor den Schmerzen bei NierensteinenVon Joe Correa CSN Diese Rezepte sind nicht nur lecker sondern auch voll von essentiellen Nährstoffen, die unser Körper braucht um die Bildung von Nierensteinen zu verhindern und auch um sie zu zerstören.Die meisten Nierensteinen entstehen, wenn sich kristallbildende Substanzen wie Kalzium, Oxalat, Natrium, Phosphor und Harnsäure konzentriert im Urin befinden. Um diesen Steinförderern entgegen zu wirken, müssen verschiedene Faktoroen im Urin präsent sein, um die Steinbildung zu hemmen. Die Faktoren beinhalten: Menge an ausgeschiedenem Urin, Menge an Citrat, Magnesium, Pyrophosphat, Phytate und anderen Proteinen und Molekülen, die vom normalen Metabolismus hergeleitet werden. Diese Hemmstoffe helfen die Kristalle zu beseitigen, bevor sie sich in der Niere festsetzen und zu größeren Steinen wachsen können.Nierensteine können durch das Trinken von viel Flüssigkeit verhindert werden. Zitrus-Getränke in der Ernähung erhöhen die Citratwerte im Körper. Citrat hilft die Bildung von Steinen zu blockieren. Zu wenig Kalzium kann den Oxalatwert ansteigen lassen und Nierensteine verursachen. Eine Ernährung reich an Kalzium ist vorteilhaft, wobei Vitamin D die Aufnahme von Kalzium fördert. Eine eiweißreiche Ernährung erhöht den Harnsäuregehalt, was eine Bildung von Nierensteinen fördert. Eine salzhaltige Ernährung sollte auch vermieden werden. Nahrungsmittel mit vielen Oxalaten und Phosphaten wie Schokolade, Kaffee und Tee sollten vermieden werden.
