Questo saggio cercherà di avvicinarsi ai Doveri umani partendo dalla difficoltà della loro concettualizzazione, per poi gettare uno sguardo storico sui cambiamenti del paradigma del diritto e sui diversi documenti internazionali in materia; questo percorso ci permetterà a sua volta di determinare alcune cause che hanno portato alla loro invisibilità, per proporre infine un concetto e delle caratteristiche dei doveri umani.
