Das Verfassen einer medizinischen Beobachtung gehört zu den Zielen des klinischen Praktikums der PCEM-2-Studenten an der medizinischen Fakultät in Tunis. Allerdings wurde der Beitrag dieses Lernens bisher weder von den Lernenden noch von den Lehrkräften objektiv bewertet. Mit dieser Arbeit wollen wir einerseits eine Lernplanung für das Verfassen einer medizinischen Beobachtung in der Psychiatrie (anamnestische und semiologische Erfassung sowie syndromale Gruppierung) bewerten und andererseits den Beitrag dieses Lernens evaluieren. Die pädagogische Qualität der Krankenhauspraktika stellt eine echte Herausforderung für jede medizinische Fakultät dar. Krankenhauspraktika sind ein wichtiger Moment, um die Fähigkeiten der Studierenden zum Verfassen von medizinischen Texten zu entwickeln.
