Questo studio analizza i processi di comunicazione e marketing di MútuaPA, un’azienda che fornisce assistenza ai professionisti associati al Consiglio Federale di Ingegneria e Agronomia (CONFEA), partendo da un’analisi della comunicazione dell’azienda e dei problemi che rendono difficile il servizio ai suoi membri. Il dipartimento di comunicazione di Mútua opera a livello nazionale e concentra tutti gli uffici regionali a Brasilia. L’obiettivo di questo Progetto Sperimentale (PREX) è proporre un piano di marketing digitale con strategie di comunicazione regionalizzate per pubblicizzare il marchio e i servizi di Mútua-PA al fine di migliorare il servizio e il numero di professionisti associati. Con il decentramento dei social media da Brasilia, propongo un nuovo modello di pianificazione per l’organizzazione, in modo che il dialogo con gli utenti di Belém e di tutto il Pará sia più vicino e le loro richieste siano meglio soddisfatte, a vantaggio del marchio, dei servizi e della ricerca di nuovi clienti a livello regionale.
