Die bilateralen Abkommen zur Auslieferung von Straftätern mit den Ländern Pakistan, Irak, Türkei und Afghanistan sowie mit Frankreich. Die allgemeinen Grundsätze dieser Verträge unterscheiden sich nicht wesentlich voneinander, und im Allgemeinen sind die Vertragsparteien vertraglich dazu verpflichtet, die Personen zu bestrafen, die der Begehung, Beteiligung oder Beihilfe zu einer Straftat in den USA beschuldigt oder verurteilt wurden Hoheitsgebiet eines anderen Landes und im Hoheitsgebiet der anderen Partei. sind ein Vertrag, kehren zueinander zurück. Personen, denen die Begehung von Straftaten vorgeworfen wird, deren Strafe weniger als ein Jahr beträgt, unterliegen nicht der Auslieferung, und wer auch immer angeklagt wird, die Strafe für die begangene Straftat muss mindestens ein Jahr Gefängnis betragen, und wenn eine Verurteilung ergangen ist, die Strafe Der Täter muss mit einer Freiheitsstrafe von mindestens sechs Monaten bestraft werden. Die begangene Straftat muss in beiden Vertragsstaaten strafbar sein und die Strafe darf nicht unter einem Jahr Freiheitsstrafe liegen. Die Auslieferung politischer Krimineller hat zu unterschiedlichen Verfahren unter unterschiedlichen Umständen geführt.
