In Kapitel 1 befassen wir uns mit dem internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht, der neuen internationalen Wirtschaftsordnung, den Menschenrechten und der politischen Glaubwürdigkeit sowie den Experten der Vereinten Nationen und ihren Berichten. Kapitel 2 befasst sich mit: wirtschaftlicher Entwicklung und rückständigen Ländern; Auslandsverschuldung und Auslandsverschuldung; Privatisierung und Mexiko; dem Fehler des Nordamerikanischen Freihandelsabkommens von 1994; und Experten der Weltbank und ihre Berichte. In Kapitel 3 schließlich untersuchen wir: die Funktionsweise des internationalen Finanzsystems; die Armutsbekämpfung; die Wirksamkeit der inhaltlichen Reaktion auf Kritik; und die Experten des Internationalen Währungsfonds und ihre Berichte.
