Dovevamo come operai mettere per iscritto la nostra solidarietà con gli operai ucraini che stanno combattendo armi alla mano contro l’imperialismo russo, dovevamo far luce su tutti i tentativi di nascondere l’essenza dei fatti: nell’epoca dell’imperialismo ci sono ancora guerre di liberazione delle nazioni oppresse e chi le nega serve l’imperialismo mondiale. Toccherà agli operai ucraini essere la forza più decisa per fermare l’aggressione e toccherà agli operai russi disertare dalle fila dell’esercito invasore, così va la storia. Se esiste un pensiero unico dei borghesi d’occidente a sostegno dell’Ucraina in concorrenza imperialista con la Russia esiste anche un pensiero unico dei preti e della piccola borghesia che in nome della pace e contro la guerra vorrebbe la resa degli ucraini allo Zar di Russia per il buon vivere in schiavitù. Bisognava fare i conti con questa 'operazione speciale di propaganda' che viene da una cosiddetta sinistra che giustifica Putin e l’imperialismo russo e lo fa falsificando le posizioni dei grandi capi storici da Marx a Lenin, che qui abbiamo ampiamente richiamato per dare un senso a ciò che va inteso, in queste circostanze come internazionalismo operaio.
