PANZER - The Medium Tank Company 1941 is a faithfully translated German World War 2 Army Regulation about the medium tank company of the German Armor Branch. This regulation was issued following the successful campaigns in Poland, the Low Countries and France and encompasses topics such as tank crew specialization, training, formations, how to engage enemy positions and tanks, as well as cooperation with other units such as the light tank company, engineers and the infantry. In addition, key information on logistical aspects is given and a breakdown of the company’s force organization can be found within H. Dv. 470/7.This translation features a side-by-side German-English translation and remains true to the original’s formatting. Footnotes and supplementary information were added to provide the reader with additional context and insight into the German Army structure, the meaning of various concepts and their modern equivalents.
