The book is guaranteed to make you laugh out loud repeatedly. The short essay stories and commentaries are about simple, everyday subjects that you will relate to and laugh at. The title chapter concerns Don’s challenge to keep wild turkeys from raiding his bird feeders. Other subjects include: aggressive Mary Kay saleswomen, perky colonoscopy nurses, and trying to match up lost socks. Don also includes some reflective essays about how his parents met, searching for his real grandfather, and owning his first dog. This is a very enjoyable read!
