Il quadro di riferimento e i metodi utilizzati per crearlo offriranno ai college e alle università l’opportunità di intraprendere un approccio solido e mirato per rivedere in modo proattivo e continuo i propri programmi accademici, al fine di garantire che i programmi funzionino ai massimi livelli possibili di qualità accademica e siano coerenti con la missione del college o dell’università. Il framework trasformerà il processo di 'program review' in un’attività di valutazione continua piuttosto che in un evento periodico.
