La rivoluzione delle telecomunicazioni satellitari è arrivata nel mondo diversi anni fa per cambiarlo completamente, accorciando le distanze e servendo come strumento per fornire innumerevoli diritti a chi abita la terra. Tuttavia, nonostante gli anni di sviluppo di questa tecnologia, esistono territori completamente estranei e lontani da qualsiasi tipo di comunicazione. Questa situazione non è eccezionale in Colombia; ci sono molti territori in cui tecnologie come Internet sono ancora irraggiungibili in futuro. La nostra tesi vuole proporre come migliore alternativa per ridurre le disuguaglianze esistenti nel nostro Paese, generate dalla mancanza di comunicazione in diverse aree geografiche, un nostro progetto di telecomunicazioni satellitari, che diventi la via più efficiente, economica e percorribile in un Paese con molteplici variabili che appaiono come un ostacolo allo sviluppo. Per queste ragioni, presentiamo i benefici che un satellite apporterebbe nel campo della salute e dell’istruzione, diritti fondamentali della nostra Costituzione politica.
